Green Bay Boy Choir performs at the Opening Ceremonies for the Tall Ships Visit to Green Bay
Thursday, July 27th, 2006The Green Bay Boy Choir, under the direction of artistic director, Judy Tepe, will perform at the Opening Ceremonies for the Tall Ships Parade of Sail on Thursday, July 27th at Leicht Park, Green Bay. The touring Choirs will sing a selection of nautical folk songs and dance tunes of fishermen, sailors and the sea. Leicht Park gatees will open at 4PM with entertainment beginning at 5PM. The Boy Choir will perform at 6:25 PM followed by the presentation of the colors and the singing of the National Anthem by the Choir. A Welcome from Mayor Schmidt and Governor Doyle will follow and a blessing of the ships from Bishop Zubik.
